Enhance the cleaning and disinfecting power of water with fine bubbles! Just install it on the water supply pipes or faucet.
The "Micro Fine Bubble Generator" is a product that generates fine bubbles (micro fine bubbles) using the air that is approximately 2% contained in water. It can be used simply by attaching it to water supply pipes, stop valves, faucets, etc., without the need for a power source. Microbubbles and nanobubbles enhance the cleaning effect. (Approximately 3,000 microbubbles and about 150 million nanobubbles are measured in 1cc) It micro-fine bubbles the water used daily in factories, schools, restaurants, and various facilities. 【We offer products in various shapes that can be selected according to your needs】 ■ For 13mm piping: Coupling faucet and watering faucet "ProGG" ■ All stainless steel "ProSUS15A" ■ For adjustable faucets "GH-W26" and "GH-W30" ■ For adjustable faucet rubber hoses "GardenWW" ■ For washing work clothes and towels "WashAA" ■ For removing odors from the body with a showerhead "ShowerAA" *For more details, please refer to the materials available for download in PDF format. Our company has developed various devices that utilize microbubbles and nanobubbles (also known as fine bubbles and ultrafine bubbles), including showerheads and micro/nanobubble generators for washing machines that help reduce odors in clothing and remove dirt from behind the drum. Through a joint project involving four organizations, including the Tama Branch of the Tokyo Metropolitan Small and Medium Enterprise Support Center, Professor Ninomiya of the Nippon Institute of Technology, and our company, it has been confirmed that these bubbles are effective in reducing odors in grinding fluids, maintaining emulsion stability, improving workpiece precision, and extending tool life. Additionally, our micro/nanobubble generator adopts a cavitation method that generates bubbles using the air already contained in tap water. This helps prevent rust in the equipment, making it ideal for use with grinding and cutting fluids. Furthermore, the system can be adapted for use as an inline static mixer by incorporating gases such as nitrogen or carbon dioxide.
