We would like to introduce a case study on reducing troubles with machining oil in our machine tools. We were experiencing continuous seizing troubles with the threading rolling machine. Additionally, the oil used was filtered and recirculated using a centrifugal oil filter, but the existing filter was unable to remove fine particles and aluminum dust. As a solution, we disconnected the existing centrifugal filter and installed a high-performance industrial oil filtration system. We received feedback from customers stating, "The oil has become clean, and we can no longer see any debris."
