[Improvement Case] Construction Machinery (Crane) Hydraulic Oil

Introducing an improvement case that enhances oil cleanliness without adding more oil, making it possible to prevent failures!

We would like to introduce a case study of improvements made to hydraulic oil for construction machinery (cranes) that our company has implemented. Although cranes were in operation, they could not be used when needed due to failures in the hydraulic system's solenoid valves, resulting in significant damage and increased oil temperature due to continuous use. In response, we installed a high-performance industrial oil filtration system in the existing warehouse. As a result, we received feedback from customers such as, "We were able to achieve profitability from the first year by capitalizing on the filtration system through leasing," and "We were able to enhance oil cleanliness without incurring additional oil costs, which helped prevent failures." 【Case Study】 ■ Issues - Unable to use when needed due to failures in the hydraulic system's solenoid valves, leading to significant damage. - Oil temperature is rising due to continuous use. - Oil contamination is suspected to be the cause, but changing the oil would cost approximately 700,000 yen. ■ Measures - Installed one high-performance industrial oil filtration system in the existing warehouse. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
