Significant reduction in consumable costs is possible through the purification and reuse of coolant liquids and cutting oils for machine tools! Sludge as small as 0.5μm can be precisely filtered with a special filter!
"Salamander" is a precision filtration system that separates used coolant liquid and sludge or abrasives generated from machining machines. By using a special chemical fiber filter, it can precisely filter non-magnetic materials such as magnetic substances, aluminum, and silicon, as well as glass and carbide, which have been difficult to filter until now. By purifying the coolant liquid, the machining fluid can be maintained in a state similar to that of new liquid for a long time, reducing the costs associated with the consumable coolant liquid. 【Features of Salamander】 ■ Precision filtration of 0.5μm sludge using a special chemical fiber filter ■ Elimination of coolant liquid decay and deterioration ■ Easy installation on existing machines ■ Equipped with automatic filter cleaning function *For more details, please download the catalog or contact us.

Company information
Yubek's precision filter system pumps the dirty coolant liquid used in each processing machine, which contains grinding debris and chips (from castings, aluminum, and iron), into the dirty piping line via a coolant recovery pump. The dirty coolant liquid transported to the filtration device is precisely filtered using a unique special filter and then pumped through a clean piping line. The coolant liquid, returned to the same condition as new liquid, is reused in each processing machine. Since the coolant liquid can always be kept clean, the need for waste liquid treatment is almost eliminated, resulting in significant cost reductions for processing. Additionally, by reducing the combustion and chemical treatment of waste liquids, it greatly contributes to the global issue of CO2 reduction. Yubek's precision filter system easily filters non-magnetic sludges, which were traditionally difficult to filter, including glass, silicon, aluminum, cast iron, cemented carbide, ceramics, titanium, tar, and carbon. It is compatible with both water-soluble and non-water-soluble coolant liquids.
