We would like to introduce a case study on the improvement of cleanliness in high-viscosity oil (gear oil) that we conducted. Due to the high viscosity of the gear oil, it could not be filtered by several filtration machines we tried. Therefore, we installed a high-performance filtration system for industrial oils. As a result, despite the high viscosity of the oil, it operated without issues, and within about a month, over 90% of the contaminant particles were removed, leading to improved cleanliness.
