A new modular building "S-Grid" has arrived, offering high design flexibility to realize various design plans.
The "S-Grid," which can be designed with a 2-meter pitch, offers greater flexibility in design plans compared to our conventional products with an outer column span of 1 bay (1820mm) pitch. It also accommodates changes from plans designed with a meter module for conventional heavy steel structures. It is recommended for use in kindergartens, stores, and employee dormitories.

● Short construction period & low cost Due to prefabricated buildings produced in our own factory, we can shorten processes such as building confirmation applications, design, and foundation work, while also reducing costs compared to conventional heavy steel structures. ● High degree of planning flexibility Compared to our conventional products, the flexibility of planning has increased with regard to the installation positions and numbers of openings, as well as ensuring corridor widths. It has also become easier to accommodate universal design. ● High ceilings and spacious areas Ceilings can be designed up to a maximum of 2900mm. Additionally, we can achieve large spaces of approximately 10m x 16m without columns, making it ideal for stores that require many display fixtures. ● Compliance with fire-resistant buildings We can meet the requirements for fire-resistant buildings, such as those for kindergartens and stores in densely populated urban areas and construction in fire prevention zones.
