The PN-JET dryer "Heat Treatment Device" is a hot air circulation drying and heat treatment device that discharges "high-speed hot air" from multi-row pipe nozzles. It can dry and heat-treat flat-shaped boards, films, sheets, etc., while the workpieces are transported on a conveyor. The wind speed discharged from the nozzles is uniform, making it difficult to produce drying unevenness, and the inside of the device is maintained at a slight negative pressure, resulting in high thermal efficiency. The heat source can accommodate gas and kerosene burners, as well as heat exchange heaters such as steam, oil, and electric heaters, and when used as a cooling device, chillers can also be utilized. The painting dryer allows for variable control by section and zone to match the wind speed and temperature load to the drying condition of the paint film.
