Currently, the masks circulating in the Japanese market are mostly of unstable quality and made in China. We manufacture high-quality three-layer masks that we can confidently offer, as we have a track record of selling to mask manufacturers in Taiwan and major pharmaceutical clients in Japan. Our masks block dust, pollen, PM2.5, and droplet infections. Customization is available for the outer box and printing, as well as for each individual mask, which can be packaged in a bag, contain activated carbon, use colored non-woven fabric, and include your company’s branding on the masks. ■ Outer box containing 50 masks x 40 boxes (small lot of 2000 masks available) ■ Packaging of 50 masks per box, or hygienic individual packaging with one mask per bag is also possible ■ Country of origin: 100% made in Taiwan ■ Three-layer structure: the outer layer is water-repellent PP non-woven fabric, the middle layer is a melt-blown non-woven fabric containing dust and water-resistant properties (electrostatic non-woven fabric), and the inner layer is a hydrophilic and flexible non-woven fabric ■ The melt-blown non-woven fabric effectively captures fine particles, ensuring excellent breathability while preventing bacterial intrusion with its fine pore size.
