Regular inspection items: - Annual regular inspection - Free maintenance consumables (replacement of gear oil, timing belt in case of wear, greases) - Free labor costs in case of failure - Free labor costs for drum replacement (limited to cases where replacement is done during regular inspections)

Regular Inspection Items - Internal Cleaning of the Machine ⇒ Cleaning of dust accumulated inside the AuDeBu machine will be performed. - Disassembly and Cleaning of the Suction Blower ⇒ The suction blower will be disassembled and cleaned internally. - Oil Change for Gear Motor Parts ⇒ The gear oil for the motors used for brush drive, brush elevation, and conveyor drive will be changed. - Adjustment of Timing Belt for Brush Rotation ⇒ The tension of the timing belt for brush rotation will be adjusted. If a replacement of the timing belt is necessary, it will also be performed. - Inspection of Brush Drive Head ⇒ The wear condition of regularly replaced parts inside the brush drive drum will be checked. - Operation Check of Each Component ⇒ Operation checks of each component will be conducted.
