Cooling is performed according to the resin, achieving optimal conditions for pelletizing operation from startup!
The "Strand Cooling Net Conveyor" is a composite resin strand cooling device that prevents the occurrence of mispellets. With a synchronization system with our pelletizer, it finely synchronizes from low to high speeds. The signal can be transmitted either wired via a metal connector or wirelessly via Wi-Fi. Cooling is performed according to the resin using a water-cooled shower and air-cooled blower, allowing for pelletizing operations to be initiated under optimal conditions. 【Features】 ■ Finely synchronized from low to high speeds through the synchronization system with the pelletizer ■ Signal can be transmitted either wired via a metal connector or wirelessly via Wi-Fi ■ The strand stabilizes to guide it to the pelletizer without applying excessive tension ■ Even if strand breakage occurs due to surging, it automatically guides to the pelletizer, preventing losses *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
