This is a device for winding paper, film, and other materials up to 1500 mm wide onto a paper tube.
The winding speed and winding tension can be individually adjusted by volume. Since it is equipped with a powder clutch, the film will not be wound at excessive speeds or tensions. The standard type is a dual support type with a 3-inch air shaft. An ultrasonic sensor detects the winding diameter, and tension control ensures that the tension remains constant even when the diameter changes. Core widths are available in increments of 100 mm, ranging from 800 mm to 1500 mm for each model.
