The MC-Hybrid is a unique supply system concept that combines batch mixing and inline feeding into one system. The main material or crushed material is mixed in a super compact design weight batch mixer. Since only the main material is mixed in the main hopper, the mixing speed is fast, allowing the batch mixer to be compact. Additives are supplied directly in-line with weight measurement to the material inlets of injection molding machines or extrusion machines. There is no material transport with loaders, which eliminates separation during transport and makes cleaning easy.

However, the Mobicolor MC-Hybrid can be installed directly above the molding machine with the mixer and feeder, eliminating separation factors up to the cylinder and reducing material waste.
