This is a device for winding or rewinding paper, film, etc., up to a width of 2100 mm onto a paper tube in a two-axis manner.
The winding speed and winding tension can be adjusted individually for each axis. The winding diameter is detected by an ultrasonic sensor, and tension control is performed to maintain a constant tension (actual tension is not displayed). By applying back tension, it can also be used as a pay-off device (pay-off brake). If one axis is used for pay-off and the other for winding, it can also be used as a rewinding device.
