We have obtained international patents in Japan and the United States for our three-dimensional hybrid manufacturing method (extrusion molding). Our unique extrusion technology allows us to continuously create three-dimensional shapes in an endless manner. 【Other Features】 - It can withstand the weight of not only passenger cars but also buses and trucks, as well as the passage of golf carts, while preserving beautiful landscapes. - Each piece is a wide and long size of 600mm in width and 2500mm in length, allowing for smooth installation and easy cutting with a circular saw. - By utilizing it in places such as parking lots, roads, building rooftops, and fire lanes, it increases the greening rate, significantly mitigates glare, and alleviates the "heat island phenomenon." - The product design incorporates openings at the bottom (with an area ratio of about 50%) to facilitate the distribution of moisture and nutrients to the grass. - Sufficient strength is ensured even with openings present. - It has excellent rainwater permeability, reducing the burden on sewage systems. - Made from approximately 75% recycled materials (PP, PE), it is an "Eco Mark certified product." - It does not contain harmful substances. - By using the separately sold "Hexagonal Marker," various designs can be freely created for parking spaces, numbering displays, signs for persons with disabilities, helicopter landing pad markings, and more, depending on ideas. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
