"Isonite SQP/QPQ treatment" is a composite treatment of TF processing, specifically designed to enhance corrosion resistance. By immersing the material in an AB bath immediately after TF processing, an oxide film is formed directly above the compound layer, allowing for higher corrosion resistance, improved surface roughness, and reduced bending and distortion without compromising the characteristics of Isonite TF treatment. Additionally, in terms of corrosion resistance, it has capabilities exceeding those of hard chrome plating, and this treatment alone can satisfy both surface hardening and rust prevention effects.
