Description of the performance (functions and characteristics) of fluoropolymer coating "Adron®": ■ Non-stick property: It has the ability to resist adhesion or sticking of most substances, and even if they do stick, they can be easily removed. ■ Water and oil repellency: The fluoropolymer coating film repels both water and oil, making it difficult for most liquids to wet the surface, thus preventing dirt accumulation. ■ Heat resistance: It has a wide temperature range for use as a plastic, depending on the specific fluoropolymer coating specifications, it can be used from -240°C to +260°C. ■ Slipperiness: It has a very low friction coefficient compared to other plastics, resulting in excellent sliding properties. ■ Wear resistance: By combining fluoropolymers with wear-resistant resins, it is possible to enhance the strength of the coating and provide excellent wear resistance. ■ Chemical resistance: It is not affected by most chemicals, and by processing the coating film thicker, it protects the substrate being processed. ■ Electrical properties: It possesses excellent electrical characteristics (such as high insulation resistance). Additionally, it is possible to add conductive materials to create a coating with anti-static properties.
