Contributing to productivity improvement! You can start small with plug-and-play wireless sensors, supporting your company's IoT transformation.
We would like to introduce KMC Corporation's "Equipment IoT Solutions." Our company offers wireless sensors that collect equipment data without wiring or construction, such as the "STETHOSCOPE System," and the "Σ Military Strategist Edge System," which captures precursors from accumulated data and contributes to predictive maintenance. We facilitate the PDCA cycle of "Collecting ⇒ Viewing ⇒ Analyzing ⇒ Utilizing" on site data related to equipment, contributing to productivity improvement. You can start small with plug-and-play wireless sensors, and we support your company's IoT initiatives. Please feel free to contact us for inquiries. 【Overview of the PDCA Cycle】 ■ Collect (Visualization of Status) ■ View (One-shot Display) ■ Analyze (Past Data Comparison and Trend Management) ■ Utilize (Linking 4M Information) *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Our company was founded in 2010 and has recently celebrated its 10th anniversary. Over the past decade, the introduction of IoT and M2M, which originated from Germany's Industry 4.0, has progressed, but we are still often asked how to make use of the vast amounts of data collected. Issues such as on-site malfunctions, rework, equipment minor stops, major stops, and unexpected mold failures leading to production halts have not improved at all. We have been chosen by the field and have made a commitment to refine useful tools and systems that align closely with our customers' sites. The keyword is "realization" that truly benefits the field. We are promoting internal reform through four projects to practice "collecting ⇒ viewing ⇒ analyzing ⇒ utilizing" data at our customers' sites. Our approach does not start with the introduction of IoT; instead, we begin with hearing our customers' challenges. Rather than big data, we carefully select and collect data that is deemed necessary, starting with one process and then expanding to the next process, which we recommend as a small start. This allows us to proceed without the large initial investment typical of core systems, while observing the effects. If you are looking to solve the challenges currently facing you, please feel free to consult with us.
