(1) Casing opening and closing mechanism If there is no casing opening and closing mechanism, it is necessary to remove bolts and lift the casing for internal cleaning. (2) Flat basket If the basket is not flat, it is necessary to remove the basket from the main shaft and lift it for cleaning the bottom of the basket. Thanks to the mechanisms in (1) and (2), what used to take a day for machine cleaning and verification can now be completed in about two hours, resulting in a 91.6% reduction in time. ◎ Ideal for processing a variety of small quantities It is suitable for small-batch production due to easy cleaning verification and reduced cleaning time. ◎ Complete recovery of processed materials using bag-type filter cloth Products can be recovered using bag-shaped filter cloth. ◎ Proposing optimal specifications according to application and usage conditions We will confirm the usage methods and conditions, and our engineers will design and create custom solutions from scratch.
