The dehydration during silk reeling and spinning is performed most efficiently using centrifugal force, and the rotation speed can be controlled to match the product for the best results. ◎ Excellent cleaning properties prevent contamination from foreign substances. (1) Casing opening and closing mechanism If there is no casing opening and closing mechanism, it is necessary to remove bolts and lift the casing for internal cleaning. (2) Basket flatness If the basket is not flat, it is necessary to remove the basket from the main shaft and lift it for cleaning the bottom of the basket. Thanks to the mechanisms in (1) and (2), what used to take a day for machine cleaning and confirmation can now be completed in about 2 hours, achieving a time reduction of 91.6%. ◎ We can manufacture machines in the desired size to match the product dimensions. ◎ We have a track record of integrated operation with robots.
