We have installed a module that allows for flow rate adjustment to achieve uniform film thickness in the width direction for hot melt surface coating. The design also ensures that the pressure inside the extruder is even, allowing for uniform film thickness in wide surface coating. Since it is custom-made, we can accommodate various specifications such as coating width, viscosity used, and required film thickness control.
