Since the valve's ON/OFF does not use electricity or air, piping and wiring are unnecessary. It has been manufactured as a head for supplying reaction-type PUR roll coaters. It is designed to be completely sealed, considering the use of reaction-type hot melt, and is easy to disassemble and clean.

Temperature control is in place, but the solenoid valve is not necessary; the ON/OFF operation is controlled by the liquid pressure of the adhesive, so it opens and closes according to the pump's operation. We use a large-diameter sheet, so it can be used with high-viscosity materials as well.
