"Energy-saving high-temperature furnace" <A glossary of heat treatment and industrial furnace terms is available on our company website>
Adopting independently developed furnace materials contributes to reducing fuel consumption and CO2 emissions. Temperature can be precisely controlled.
The "Energy-Saving High-Temperature Furnace" is a high-temperature furnace that enables the reduction of fuel and other resources by adopting uniquely developed high-temperature materials and highly efficient heat recovery heat exchangers. By switching from our conventional products, we have achieved a 52.5% reduction in fuel consumption per unit and a 36.0% reduction in CO2 emissions. (This was implemented using the same firing curve as conventional firing furnaces. The reduction rate may vary depending on the customer's usage conditions.) Like our conventional products, it allows for flexible heat treatment through our self-developed burners and temperature control systems. It achieves precise temperature control of 2°C/h from approximately 100°C to a maximum temperature of 1600°C. 【Features】 ■ Reduction of fuel consumption is possible by using uniquely developed high-temperature materials and highly efficient heat exchangers. ■ Precise temperature adjustment and uniform firing are achievable. ■ Similar to conventional products, precise adjustments can be made through firing temperature management and various interfaces. ■ Adjusting production volume and changing firing temperature patterns is easy. *Currently, we have a glossary of terms related to heat treatment and industrial furnaces available on our website.
