The "VT (for 12kV to 36kV)" is a high-voltage transformer for switchgear. Regarding the primary winding, a special method called "Impregnated primary winding" is used to enhance safety, and a patent has been obtained. Resin is poured from the top of the interlayer paper that sandwiches the primary winding coils, allowing it to seep into the interlayer paper. This resin permeates through each coil layer and spreads between the left and right coils, insulating each coil individually.
