Exhibits high levels of durability and stability! A plastic sintered porous body effective against heat and chemical resistance.
PPS, PEEK, and PEKK were considered very difficult to mold, but our company has made it possible to mold filters. Due to the low elution levels, they are suitable for analytical filters, and the currently moldable pore sizes are 2μ for PEKK and 10μ for PEEK. We have samples available for filters with sizes ranging from 2 to 5μ. Plastic sintered porous bodies are less costly than ceramics or metal sintered bodies, and we accept prototypes starting from one piece. 【Features】 - Effective heat and chemical resistance - Continuous use temperature is 260 degrees - Very low wear resistance, chemical resistance, smoke generation during combustion, and toxic gas emissions - Hydrolysis resistance and electrical properties - Exhibits high durability and stability among plastic resins *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
