"ViewCAM" is an add-on system for profile grinding machines, consisting of a CCD camera that supports zoom from 40x to 1000x, a 43-inch monitor, and a PC. With this system, users can zoom in and out of the captured 21×11mm field of view using mouse scroll, and overlay the imported DXF data onto a large display. This allows for positioning and measurement with μm-level precision without the need for chart paper. Additionally, the dedicated CAM software supports high-precision processing with worn grinding wheels.
