We have started selling a new model of a 5-axis machining center equipped with a high-performance Heidenhain NC, designed with a space-saving layout. This machine is designed with a new concept to possess excellent characteristics of high rigidity, high speed, stability, and high precision. It can be configured with various CNC devices, compatible with CNCs from Heidenhain, Fanuc, and Siemens. Each CNC is equipped with "high-speed milling" and "nervous surface machining" functions, making operation easy.

We have started the launch of our new compact precision cylindrical grinding machine. There are numerous adoption records both domestically and internationally, and it can be introduced at an average cost that is 20% lower compared to Japanese products! The table's lateral movement axis (Z-axis) and the stone table movement (X-axis) are controlled by CNC. The X-axis features closed-loop control with a linear scale that has a resolution of 0.05μm, ensuring positioning accuracy and repeatability.

Zabutech Co., Ltd. has launched the add-on system "ViewCAM" for profile grinding machines, consisting of a CCD camera that supports zoom levels from 40x to 1000x, a 43-inch monitor, and a PC. It enables positioning and measurement with μm-level precision without the use of chart paper.
