Nalgene plastic bottles have the following features: - By using the bottle body and cap together, leakage is prevented without the need for a stopper. - Made from high-quality virgin resin that meets USP Class VI standards. - Minimal leaching due to the absence of additives such as plasticizers and release agents during molding. - High-quality threading at the mouth of the bottle, thanks to Nalgene's advanced technology. - The cap also features strong threading for enhanced durability. The processes from cleaning to packaging are conducted in an environment equivalent to ISO Class 5 (formerly Class 100), making it a highly useful service for products that require particularly high cleanliness, such as pharmaceuticals, semiconductors, and electronic materials. The cleaning and packaging processes are carried out in the following manner: - Incoming inspection (checking for burrs, black spots, appearance abnormalities, etc.) - Cleaning, drying, and packaging in a cleanroom equivalent to ISO Class 5. - Cleanliness evaluation through measurements with a liquid particle counter. - Issuance of a cleaning certificate.
