In the field of integrated core inner and outer winding for motors, we introduce our product, the "Nozzle Winding Machine BX-2000 Series," which has a proven track record. The 'BX-2000A Series' features a dual-head system with two NC vertical axis heads instead of the conventional single head. Additionally, by employing a phase difference winding method that alternates the nozzle's vertical movement, we achieve a 50% reduction in vibration and noise. This dual-head nozzle-driven winding machine is available for both two-piece and four-piece configurations.
