The "BX-2000W Series" is a single-tower CNC-controlled nozzle-driven winding machine (1, 2, or 4 strands) that can accommodate a wide range of items, from those requiring precise winding for small-diameter work and fine wire resolvers to those needing strength for thicker wire items. In the field of integrated core inner and outer winding for motors, we introduce our product, the "Nozzle Winding Machine BX-2000 Series," which has a proven track record. The 'BX-2000A Series' features a dual-head system with two NC vertical axis heads instead of the conventional single head. Additionally, by employing a phase difference winding method that alternates the nozzle's vertical movement, we achieve a 50% reduction in vibration and noise. This dual-head nozzle-driven winding machine is available for both two-piece and four-piece configurations.
