The "PROFIMAT XT" is a high-precision profile grinding machine suitable for grinding requirements that demand high removal rates. With a powerful grinding spindle output of up to 62 kW, a bed made of ductile cast iron providing high damping characteristics, and a structure optimized through finite element analysis that offers excellent vibration resistance and temperature stability, it achieves high precision and high productivity. It is capable of continuous dressing grinding and CBN grinding. Various parameter monitoring functions compatible with IoT can be offered as a package.
