Compatible with a wide variety of electromagnetic induction components! High permeability and low coercivity due to the two-phase structure!
"Nano-crystalline materials" are a new type of soft magnetic material used in a wide variety of electromagnetic induction components. Examples include leakage circuit breakers, power transformers, common mode chokes for switching power supplies, and interface transceivers for ISDN. It has a two-phase structure, where fine crystalline grains with an average diameter of 10 to 20 nanometers are embedded within an amorphous phase. This structure enables high permeability and low coercivity. [Features] - High permeability and low coercivity due to the two-phase structure - Thickness of approximately 20 micrometers - Relatively high electrical resistivity - Extremely low eddy current loss - Excellent frequency characteristics/permeability *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
