Reduces the odor of complex aldehyde compounds generated from edible oil refining processes, seasoning manufacturing processes, and carbonization furnaces.
Aldehydes with a high carbon number generally have an extremely low olfactory threshold (the minimum concentration of odor that can be detected by humans), so even if they remain in trace amounts in the gas being treated, there is a tendency for the odor concentration (the dilution factor at which an odorous gas is diluted with odorless air until the smell is no longer detectable) to be extremely high. [Expected Effects on Unpleasant Odors] Burnt smell generated by heating substances *Aldehyde compounds: N-butyraldehyde, isobutyraldehyde, N-valeraldehyde, isovaleraldehyde, hexanal, etc. By chemically transforming substances into odorless or low-odor materials and adsorbing them onto polymer molecules to confine them within the molecules, the odor can be reduced.

basic information
1. Properties, Standards, Safety, and Environmental Impact ● Appearance: Colorless, transparent liquid ● pH: 5.70±0.5 (product concentrate at 25°C) * This product's dilution running liquid should be used within the pH range of 5.0 to 7.0. ● Dilution Ratio: ● For nozzle spraying: 100 to 300 times ● For scrubber treatment: Set the dilution ratio and replenishment amount according to the mass of various odor substances being discharged. ● Water Solubility: Dissolves in water at any ratio. ● Fire Service Law Classification: Non-hazardous material ● Poisonous and Deleterious Substances Control Law: Not applicable ● Wastewater Treatment Law: ● If wastewater treatment facilities are installed on-site, discharge can be done after confirming the treatment conditions. ● When discharging to the sewer, it is necessary to meet the regulatory values of the sewer law in the prefecture where the facility is located. ● Drainage wastewater generally cannot be directly discharged into rivers. 2. Usage Instructions ● It is recommended to spray the diluted solution inside ducts (or chambers), and if the concentration of aldehyde compounds is high and the odor is strong, a scrubber treatment with a higher gas-liquid contact rate is advisable. ● Please dilute with water (preferably tap water) for use. ● Determine the dilution ratio according to the concentration of odor components in the gas being treated.
