【Case Study of Black Marking by Lips Works】 The black marking technology allows for deep black markings on materials that are difficult to mark using conventional methods. The ablation processing using Lips Works' ultra-short pulse laser minimizes thermal damage to the material and enables corrosion-resistant labeling that remains legible even after multiple cleanings. Additionally, marking with a very small beam spot of approximately Φ10μm allows for more intricate decorations. By adjusting the processing parameters, it is also possible to change the tone of the deep black color, allowing us to flexibly respond to customer requests in terms of both color and content.
