We would like to introduce a case study conducted by TAAH Corporation that reduced the machining time for robot parts. The improvement point was the reduction of the machining process from four steps to three by reviewing the fixed jigs. Additionally, by switching from high-speed tools to carbide tools, the cutting speed was increased to three times the feed rate.
