Optical components for product inspection use a matte black anodized treatment to prevent unintended light reflections. However, conventional black anodizing uses organic dyes for coloring, which can decompose and fade at temperatures above 100°C. Therefore, we apply a heat-resistant matte black anodized treatment called "TAF TR SBK" to the surface of the components, which maintains its color even when heated to 350°C. Since it does not fade at high temperatures, it is possible to increase the operating temperature range of precision optical components.
