When inspecting electronic substrates, ICs, and semiconductors, a specified high voltage must be applied, and an insulating jig is required during this process. Ceramic spraying and insulating coatings are costly, have limitations on the shape of the jigs, and can lead to issues such as reduced thermal conductivity. Therefore, we apply a heat-resistant crack-free hard anodized treatment "TAF TR" to the surface of the components, which can be used without cracking even in environments of 350°C. Specially shaped jigs can be created at a relatively low cost and can also accommodate heating.
