Up to 90% loss reduction is possible! Here are the four key points to keep in mind when using purge agents.
"Asaclean" is a world-class purging agent with a proven track record in over 75 countries. This handbook introduces the know-how that Asaclean has accumulated over the years, particularly in reducing resin loss in plastic molding, especially due to foreign material contamination leading to molding defects. We hope this will be useful for those considering reducing losses during plastic molding, such as foreign material defects and setup change losses. 【Contents of the Handbook】 - A guide for selecting grades based on the degree of resin degradation - Recommended purging methods - Guidelines for frequency and amount of use categorized by resin, usage grade, and molding machine size *The handbook can be viewed via PDF download. *For more details, please feel free to contact us.

Asaclean has been supported by many customers as a pioneer of cleaning agents (purging agents) for molding machines since its launch in 1990, and today it has established its position as a top global brand, being used in over 75 countries and regions worldwide. Initially, it was a product designed for efficiently performing color and resin changes in plastic molding machines in small quantities and short periods. However, through subsequent grade development, it has become possible to achieve a wide range of effects, from the removal of resin degradation (burns, black spots, etc.) to prevention, and it is also utilized to reduce the defect rate of molded products. In 2008, we introduced the high-performance grade IMX, which has a completely different design concept from the conventional Asaclean, contributing to further reductions in foreign matter defect rates and the efficiency of molding machine maintenance. In the future, we will continue to provide products that further contribute to "reducing losses and improving efficiency in molding sites = cost reduction."
