"Sunforce" is a molded foam bead made from modified PPE resin, an engineering plastic developed by Asahi Kasei using its unique resin and foaming processing technology. In addition to its lightweight and thermal insulation properties, it has dramatically improved "flame retardancy" and "heat resistance," achieving "UL94 standard V-O," which was difficult with conventional foams.
