Product Introduction: This device is divided into an upper and lower conveyor. The upper layer is an assembly line, while the lower layer is an empty tray return line. It is necessary to combine a simple lift conveyor at the front and back of the free flow conveyor. This facilitates the return of empty trays to the lower conveyor and supplies empty trays to the upper conveyor. Auxiliary mechanisms will be installed according to the needs of each station on the assembly line. The Free Flow transport line, combined with a stopper mechanism, provides temporary storage for parts that can accumulate, making it suitable for the different working times of each station. By utilizing the temporary storage function, each workstation can also achieve effective parts handling. The working time is extended without a decrease in efficiency.
