The NXE400 is a printer that achieves ultra-fast molding through its proprietary LSPc technology. The lubricant sublayer photopolymerization technology (LSPc) suppresses the sticking of the molded object to the tray. By creating a uniform light source, areas away from the center of the light source are free from distortion, allowing for uniform quality and precision across all parts of the build platform. ■ Use Cases It is used for a wide range of applications, including extrusion molding, casting, machining, and as an alternative method for injection molding, molds, and formwork, as well as for molding small parts of IoT products and finished products using 3D CAD data.

In this service, after the automatic estimate, you can select "Support removal: Yes or No" from the dropdown for material selection. Since light curing often has many breakages during the molding process and there were concerns about breakages during support removal, we usually shipped with the supports still attached. However, we received many voices expressing concerns about removing supports from the molded items after arrival, so we have now started a support removal service for the NXE400 in response to customer requests. Additionally, regarding pricing, the service with support removal for NEX400 material will continue to be offered at the usual price, while the service without support removal will be reduced in price starting today, making it more affordable for you to use.
