It is quality-controlled under strict standards and inspection criteria for strength and water resistance, resulting in minimal cracking and warping, and allowing for the production of high-strength components. It is a building material that maintains the warmth of wood and harmony with nature while enabling the realization of large spaces in commercial facilities and large buildings. The revised Building Standards Act of 2000 made it possible to design fire-resistant wooden structures. As a result, there has been an increase in the size and height of wooden buildings in recent years, leading to a growing demand for them.
