Introduction of suspended packaging case using NaviAce (for a major chemical manufacturer)

All cardboard collective packaging for roll products. 250 kg × 4 rolls = 1000 kg, achieving two-tier storage. Case study materials are available.

We would like to introduce a case study of packaging improvement using reinforced cardboard "Naviace." A major chemical manufacturer produces and sells industrial process materials. When exporting to Europe, long-term shipping by sea is possible, and we proposed packaging that contributes to the efficiency of packaging operations and transportation, as well as the achievement of SDGs. [Challenges] × Packaging products takes too much time. 30 minutes per unit. × Composite packaging with wooden pallets and plastic sheets. Requires fumigation treatment, and there are difficulties in disposal at the destination. × Due to the simple packaging, stacking is completely impossible. Therefore, we proposed "all cardboard packaging." [Improvements] ◎ Group packaging of four products weighing 250 kg each, suspended to reduce deformation using Navi pallets with laminated materials. ◎ Innovated the shape of the packaging materials.
