[EIB (Micro-Nano Bubble) Implementation Results] Chiri Betsu River Bottom Sediment Purification Experiment
To improve the quality of inflowing water! We collected bottom sediment from the Chiribetsu River and conducted tank experiments.
The Chiribetsu River is a second-class river flowing through the Iburi region of Hokkaido and draining into Muroran Port, primarily used for industrial water. It has been confirmed that both the upstream and downstream areas have high levels of coliform bacteria, and improvements in the water quality entering the river have been sought. As a result, purification was carried out using 'EIB (Micro-Nano Bubbles)' to activate indigenous bacteria. As a result, within about a month from the start, the thick black sludge that had accumulated about 10 cm at the bottom was decomposed and transformed into a sandy texture, and after three months, almost all of the bottom sediment had turned into sand. During the process of change, the presence of various protozoan animals in the bottom sediment was confirmed. Tropical fish were raised using the purified water, and they survived without any issues, with a large number of fry hatching and good growth of aquatic plants. basic information
**Results and Discussion** - About one month after the start, the pitch-black sludge that had accumulated to about 10 cm at the bottom was decomposed and transformed into a sandy texture. - After three months, almost all of the bottom sediment had turned into sand. - During the transformation process, the presence of various primitive animals within the sediment was confirmed. - Tropical fish were kept without any issues, and a large number of fry hatching was observed. - The growth of aquatic plants was also good. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

Our company provides environmentally conscious products through the development of heat-related equipment utilizing composite ceramics. The new material we developed, "CZ-80," is an active material composed of ultra-thermal diffusion ceramic composites, featuring excellent properties such as "high thermal conductivity," "thermal expansion rate approaching zero," and "flexible design." We have contributed to the challenging requests of many companies with research institutions, manufacturing plants, and processing factories by providing products, OEM services, and components. Moving forward, we will continue to leverage the properties of "CZ-80" to fulfill the requests of companies that were previously unattainable.
