Simultaneous improvement of welding speed and welding quality! Various joining methods are possible, including MIG brazing and welding of 0.3 mm thin plates.
"PMC welding" differs from conventional MIG/MAG welding by forcibly cooling the molten pool through a special wire feeding control. By repeating this control, both welding speed and quality improvement can be achieved simultaneously. As a result, spatter is minimized to the extreme, enabling a variety of joints such as MIG brazing and welding of 0.3 mm thin plates. 【Features】 ■ Significant reduction in heat input ■ Extreme reduction of spatter ■ Extremely stable arc ■ High-speed welding of thin aluminum plates is possible ■ Significant reduction in heat input *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

basic information
【Other Features】 ■ During arc generation, the process involves feeding the wire towards the molten pool and immediately retracting the wire upon detecting a short circuit, which significantly cools the molten pool and reduces heat input. ■ The retraction of the wire promotes the detachment of molten droplets. ■ By minimizing the current during a short circuit, it enables droplet transfer with spatter reduced to an extreme. ■ Regardless of the shape of the work surface or the welding speed, the arc length is detected and wire supply is adjusted, allowing for stable welding in various positions and orientations. ■ Capable of welding thin plates down to 0.3mm, with a high welding speed: 50% increase (compared to pulse arc welding). ■ Heat input: approximately 90% reduction, with reduced distortion (compared to TIG and pulse arc welding). *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
