Plasma is generated inside a glass tube under reduced pressure, and by passing the workpiece through this plasma, the adhesion of the coating is improved through surface treatment. The workpiece is supplied by feeding and winding rollers before and after the device. Plasma is generated using a high-frequency power supply, ensuring stable discharge. The main consumables are Ar gas, cooling water, and seals for the workpiece, allowing for maintenance and setup changes at the user level.

It demonstrates excellent effects for the following applications: - Improvement of adhesion and bonding between resins - Surface roughening - Cleaning - Pre-treatment for coating For example: 1. For a wire of approximately φ0.5 mm: (1) Removal of foreign substances adhered to the surface. *It breaks easily when buffed.* → There is no concern about cutting due to the non-contact treatment. (2) Used for pre-treatment before coating. → As it uses Ar plasma, it can cleanly remove organic substances adhered to the surface. (3) Since resin will be applied on the outside, I want to enhance adhesion. → By strengthening the plasma, not only cleaning but also lightly roughening the surface improves adhesion. 2. For resin tubes: (1) I want to etch the surface, but it is too soft to process. → There is no deformation of the resin due to the non-contact treatment. (2) There is a moisture absorption issue, and it cannot be treated with chemicals. → Since gas is used, there is no concern about moisture absorption. (3) I want to enhance the adhesion of the coating. → Roughening is possible even for resin, which increases adhesion. It is currently being used to improve the adhesion of fuel tubes for automobiles.
