Our company is engaged in injection molding, prototype and mass production of resin compounds, assembly of automotive parts, and extrusion molding as a plastic solution partner. (Transition certification for ISO 9001:2015 in May 2019) In the compound business, we use a small twin-screw prototype machine (manufactured by Japan Steel Works, TEX30α, with a discharge capacity of approximately 10-40 kg/h) for the development and prototyping of original compounds and masterbatches. We can also handle mass production using a twin-screw extruder compatible with the prototype machine (with a discharge capacity of approximately 100-200 kg/h). We can accommodate high-fill compounds using a side feeder, high-heat-resistant resin compounds (capable of withstanding temperatures up to around 350°C) using brass cast heaters, and reactive compounds that leverage high L/D ratios. In the injection molding business, we own seven injection molding machines ranging from 100t to 660t class, and we have a system in place to handle everything from mold design to the production and quality control of actual products for the nursing care, infrastructure, agricultural machinery, and automotive interior fields.
