IDEX Health & Science's new column hardware "PEEK-Lined Stainless Steel (PLS)" is biocompatible. The PLS column combines the strength of UHPLC columns (lsoBar) with the excellent chemical resistance of PEEK polymer, making it suitable for the separation of biomolecules and for use under harsh conditions (such as low pH).
