By placing the logs in a vacuum chamber and then filling, we eliminate air contamination!
The "Vacuum Ham Loader 1320" is a device designed to increase the yield of log filling machines by filling the logs under vacuum. By removing the air that easily gets trapped between the logs in the vacuum chamber, it eliminates air contamination. This machine has been developed and matured to pursue the production of longer hams and improved yield compared to the conventional "NH720." 【Features】 - Eliminates air contamination by filling after placing the logs in the vacuum chamber. - Capable of accommodating products with a diameter of 95mm or less through the exchange of nozzles, lower molds, and upper molds. - Easy to clean, safe, and hygienic. - Electrical components are consolidated in one location. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
