【POINT】 1: Speed adjustment function tailored to the dewatering product The existing centrifuge had a slip-type mechanism and a constant rotation speed, which made it impossible to control the dewatering force (centrifugal force) and dewatering time according to the product being dewatered. Therefore, we adopted an inverter type to allow for changes in rotation speed to accommodate various types of fiber products. 2: Special design for easy product retrieval Before contacting us, customers using existing centrifuges found that the outlet for retrieving fibers after dewatering was narrow, making it difficult to extract the products cleanly, resulting in many products needing to be discarded. To reduce the waste rate of products, we designed the basket cover to open widely, allowing for easy retrieval of fibers in roll form, enabling the entire dewatering bag to be removed along with the product. 3: Conducting dewatering tests until satisfied The quality of the finished product varies depending on the rotation speed, dewatering time, and liquid feed angle, so we conducted numerous dewatering tests using our test machine. We performed dewatering tests until our customers were satisfied and proposed the optimal specifications after multiple discussions to resolve their concerns.
