This valve uses a rubber seal ring that expands and contracts with compressed air, resulting in extremely low sliding during the opening and closing of the valve body compared to conventional butterfly valves.
On February 17, 2021, from 10:30 AM, we will hold a free webinar on Posiflate. For details and to register, please visit the link below: [Matsubo Posiflate Valve Dedicated Page - URL]. This valve features a rubber seal ring that expands and contracts with compressed air, resulting in extremely low sliding during the opening and closing of the valve body compared to conventional butterfly valves. When closed, the valve body reaches the closed position, after which the seat expands to ensure a reliable seal. When opened, the seat contracts before the valve body opens. The material has low granulation formation and wear, maintaining initial sealing performance over a long period. It offers various advantages, especially for materials with high wear resistance, low thermal properties, and applications requiring high sealing performance in air transport lines. 【Non-sliding】 The sliding between the valve body and the valve body is minimal, resulting in less frequent replacement of consumables (valve body, seat). 【High airtightness】 The expansion and contraction of the seat enable reliable sealing. 【Versatile】 The materials of the housing, valve body, and seat can be changed according to the application. 【Multiple specifications】 In addition to domestic pressure-resistant explosion-proof specifications, there is a wide range of products including high-temperature water-cooled valves.
